1.Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Havoc Games ("we", "us" or "our"). They apply when you play our games, visit our websites or use our other services (together, our "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2.Eligibility

3.Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Your account is personal to you, and you may not sell, transfer or share it.
4.Licence to use our Services
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from our Services, except where the law allows it. All rights in our Services, including our games, content and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors.
5.Virtual items and purchases
Our games may include virtual items and currencies. These are licensed to you, not sold, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change or remove virtual items at any time. Purchases are processed by the app store you use and are subject to its terms. Except where required by law or the app store's policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
6.Rules of conduct
We do not tolerate cheating, abusive behaviour or objectionable content. You agree not to:
- cheat, use hacks, bots or unauthorised software, or exploit bugs;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or share hateful, obscene or illegal content;
- impersonate anyone or share other people's personal information;
- interfere with or disrupt our Services, servers or networks; or
- break any applicable law.
7.Your content
You are responsible for any content you create or share in our Services, such as your username. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content to operate our Services, and we may remove any content that breaks these Terms.
8.Enforcement
You can report players or content to us in the game or by email. We may review reports and take action at our discretion, including removing content, issuing warnings, and suspending or permanently banning accounts, with or without notice. If you believe we have made a mistake, please contact us.
9.Changes to our Services and these Terms
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We may also update these Terms and will post the updated version on this page. If you keep using our Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
10.Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or where the law requires it. When your access ends, your licence to use our Services and any virtual items ends too.
11.Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
12.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to our Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
13.Third-party platforms
Your use of app stores and other third-party services is also subject to their own terms. If you downloaded our game from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for our game.
14.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
